By accepting this booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:

- The applicable tourist tax (city tax) shall be payable in accordance with local regulations and the payment instructions provided by the property or management company.
- Any security deposit required will be refunded after check-out, subject to verification of the property's condition. Any deductions, whether partial or full, must be duly justified and supported by appropriate documentation, including photographic evidence where applicable.
- Any refundable security deposit will be returned within 15 (fifteen) days from the check-out date, allowing sufficient time for the necessary inspections of the property and its contents.
- The Guest undertakes to use the property with due care and diligence, in accordance with its intended use, the rules of civil conduct, and any applicable building or property regulations, refraining from any behavior that may cause disturbance, damage, or inconvenience to third parties.

Rate Conditions:
The selected rate is non-refundable. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, no-show, withdrawal from the booking, or early departure, no refund, whether partial or full, shall be granted for any amounts paid.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data collected during the booking process (such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, guests’ personal details and, where necessary, payment data such as credit card details used as a guarantee or for charging the stay) are processed by Red Carpet Srls exclusively for purposes related to booking management and the provision of accommodation services.

The data is required for the conclusion of the accommodation contract and for compliance with legal obligations, including tax requirements and public security regulations (guest registration and reporting to the competent authorities).

Payment data is generally not stored beyond the time necessary to complete the transaction and is processed through secure and certified payment systems and circuits.

Data may be processed by third parties appointed as data processors (such as property management software providers, payment platforms, and IT service providers) solely for technical and operational purposes related to the service.

Data will be retained only for the period strictly necessary for the management of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by applicable legal obligations.
